Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your VandaMod piece. If a ready-to-wear item is not right for you, we are here to help within the terms below.

Eligible for return

Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that they are:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • unaltered
  • in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Not eligible for return

We do not accept returns for:

  • made-to-measure items
  • custom-sized or customized pieces
  • altered garments
  • sale or promotional items
  • items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without tags

Custom and adjusted pieces are made specifically for you and are therefore final sale.

Refunds

Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Eligible ready-to-wear items may be exchanged within 7 calendar days, subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size or style is unavailable, store credit may be offered instead.

Adjustment support

For selected styles, we may be able to offer minor fit adjustments at an additional fee, starting from S$30, or complimentary for qualifying orders.

All adjustments are subject to review and design suitability.

To request a return or exchange

Please email info@vandamod.com with:

  • your order number
  • the item name
  • reason for request
  • photos, if relevant

Return delivery

Approved returns may be sent back by tracked mail or dropped off at our shop by arrangement.

Please note:

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or confirmed defective
  • if returning by courier or post, we recommend using a tracked service
  • if dropping off at our shop, please contact us first to arrange the time
  • items left at the shop without prior confirmation may not be accepted
  • VandaMod is not responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit

Incorrect or defective items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
