We ship within Singapore and to selected international destinations.
Shipping Rates
Singapore
- Flat rate: S$6 for orders under S$100
- Free shipping for orders S$100 and above
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days for ready-to-wear items
Asia & Middle East
(Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, and selected destinations)
- Flat rate: S$15 for orders under S$150
- Free shipping for orders S$150 and above
- Estimated delivery: 7–12 working days after dispatch
Europe
(UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands)
- Flat rate: US$22 for orders under US$200
- Free shipping for orders US$200 and above
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 working days after dispatch
United States
- Flat rate: US$20 for orders under US$200
- Free shipping for orders US$200 and above
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 working days after dispatch
Processing Time
Ready-to-wear
Ready-to-wear orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 working days.
Pre-order, custom, and made-to-measure
Pre-order, custom-sized, and made-to-measure orders usually require 7–20 days for production before dispatch.
Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the design, fabric availability, and level of customization.
Delivery Notes
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays
- Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only
- Tracking details will be sent by email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, army camps, or restricted locations
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address details provided at checkout
Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or an incorrect or incomplete address, any re-delivery fee will be borne by the customer.
Express Delivery
If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order.
We may be able to arrange express or same-day delivery for selected ready-stock items, subject to availability and additional charges.
Self-Collection
Self-collection is not offered by default.
In special cases, collection may be arranged by prior confirmation only.
